Information you provide
When you contact or book coaching, you may provide your name, email, Riot ID, region, current and target rank, role, champion pool, Discord username, coaching goals, replay links, scheduling choices, and other information you choose to share.
Booking and payment services
Scheduling, intake, and the payment-gated booking flow are handled through Cal.com, with card payment processed by Stripe. DragomiirLOL does not receive or store your complete payment-card number. Those providers process information under their own privacy policies.
Calendar and communications
Confirmed appointments may be added to a connected Google Calendar and may generate confirmation, reminder, rescheduling, cancellation, preparation, or follow-up messages.
How information is used
Information is used to evaluate fit, prepare and deliver coaching, manage bookings and payments, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, keep necessary business records, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations.
Recordings and testimonials
A session will not be published as content or used as a public testimonial without separate permission. A booking question may ask whether you are open to being contacted about permission; saying no does not affect the coaching service.
Analytics and cookies
The site may use limited measurement to understand page visits, booking-button activity, traffic sources, and completed bookings. Cal.com and Stripe may use cookies or similar technology necessary to provide their services. Sensitive intake answers should not be placed into analytics events or public URLs.
Sharing and retention
Information may be processed by service providers used for hosting, scheduling, payments, calendars, communications, analytics, and security. DragomiirLOL does not sell personal information. Records are retained only as reasonably required for service, accounting, dispute resolution, security, or legal purposes.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information held directly by DragomiirLOL, subject to legitimate legal and operational retention requirements. Requests concerning Cal.com, Google, or a payment processor may also need to be directed to that provider.
