The service
DragomiirLOL offers a 60-minute, one-on-one League of Legends coaching session for $50 USD and a four-week coaching bootcamp for $350 USD. The bootcamp contains four 60-minute custom coaching sessions and four 30-minute implementation check-ins, scheduled as one coaching session followed by one check-in during each week. Coaching is educational analysis and feedback; it is not account boosting, account sharing, or gameplay performed on the student's behalf.
Booking and payment
The customer first selects a time and completes all required booking details in Cal.com. Stripe payment is the final step, and the appointment is confirmed only after payment succeeds. Closing, abandoning, or failing checkout does not reserve the time. Never send payment-card or Riot account credentials by email or chat.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule using the link in the booking confirmation. Please make changes at least 24 hours before the scheduled start. Requests inside 24 hours are handled at DragomiirLOL's discretion and may be treated as a late cancellation.
Bootcamp scheduling
The bootcamp is designed for four consecutive weeks. The customer selects the first 60-minute coaching session before payment. The remaining three coaching calls and four 30-minute check-ins are then arranged with the coach and added to Google Calendar, with one coaching call followed by one check-in during each intended week whenever availability permits.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start are eligible for a refund. Cancellations inside 24 hours and missed sessions are generally non-refundable because the time was reserved and may not be refillable. Refunds are issued through the original payment processor and may take additional processing time.
Coach cancellation and technical failure
If DragomiirLOL must cancel or a material coach-side technical problem prevents delivery, the student may choose a replacement time or a refund. If a student-side technical problem substantially delays the session, the parties will use the remaining scheduled time and may agree on a reasonable alternative at the coach's discretion.
VOD and live-session timing
VOD material should be available before the scheduled start. If it is unavailable, the session may proceed using another suitable game or format. Live match length is unpredictable; the service reserves one scheduled hour, and a long game may reduce post-game review time.
Conduct and safety
Harassment, threats, discriminatory abuse, cheating requests, account-sharing requests, or attempts to obtain unauthorized services may result in termination of the session without refund. Students must retain control of their own accounts and follow Riot Games' rules.
No rank guarantee
Coaching can improve understanding, practice quality, and decision-making, but no specific rank, LP gain, win rate, or timetable is guaranteed. Results depend on the student's play, practice, application, game conditions, and other factors outside the coach's control.
Recording and content use
Either party should disclose recording before it begins. DragomiirLOL will not publish identifiable session footage, a student's name, or a testimonial without separate permission. Permission may be withdrawn for future use, though material already lawfully published may require reasonable time to remove.
Game ownership and affiliation
League of Legends and Riot Games marks and materials belong to their respective owners. DragomiirLOL is an independent coaching service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Riot Games.
